Staff was not very welcoming, not greeted or acknowledged for five minutes by any of the three employees. And we were the only ones in the store. Maybe they were having a bad day, they all just seemed miserable.
Drinks came out in a reasonable amount of time. Merchandise looked so lackluster and poorly displayed, it’s no wonder CBTL died out in so many areas.

I visited The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf by chance and discovered their hazelnut latte which completely transformed my coffee experience. The staff members provided me with excellent service through their friendly greetings which made my day better.

Unfortunately, the customer service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. The staff often seem unhappy to be there, which reflects in how they treat customers. I ordered a caramel blend with two extra shots and asked for it to be made extra thick. When I asked about the add shots (since it didn’t taste right), one of the employees responded rudely, saying, “It doesn’t say,” without even checking properly. Thankfully, a kind gentleman named Antonio stepped in, reviewed the tag, and confirmed the add shots were in fact listed—then kindly remade the drink.
I really dislike starting my morning like this. Picking up a simple order shouldn’t feel like walking into hostility. A refresher course in Customer Service 101 might go a long way for this team.

Stopped for a latte, and it was mediocre at best. I asked if the almond milk was sweetened and was told no. I asked it he was sure and he said yes. It was sweetened. Service was poor and not helpful at all. I do not recommend this coffee shop. Bring you $$ elsewhere.
