Despite it being super busy this morning, we only had to wait 20 minutes for our table. Our waiter was really friendly, despite it being extremely busy. We ordered the protein bowl and the ham steak with country potatoes, with bacon and hot chocolate. Both were delicious and the servings were huge (4 strips of bacon). (The ham steak was the size of my boyfriend’s face. 😂) The ambiance was comfortable and trendy and the service was wonderful. We will definitely be coming back next time we’re in town.

I have been going to egg plantation since grade school and the food is consistently great. It is a must try when you’re in Santa Clarita. I always go back each year just to have a white chocolate mocha (and they have expanded their latte options)
Favorites include chilaquiles and avocado toast but they also have great breakfast burritos and French toast options.
Highly recommend getting there early on a weekend because it can fill up fast if you sleep in.

I took two of my friends to this restaurant and we had a great breakfast. The meals are quite large so the two ladies I was with shared a meal. I had pancakes and eggs and let me tell you, the pancakes are huge. The service is good and during the week is not as crowded as on the weekends. They do offer a coffee while you're waiting outside. They have indoor dining and patio dining. I wish we had tried the patio dining because they did have heaters, but inside was just fine.

The staff here is genuinely friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the food was pretty underwhelming—especially if you’re dairy-free and gluten-free. I’m used to eating with restrictions and still enjoying flavor, but this meal felt bland and uninspired. I don’t eat out often for this exact reason, and I was hoping for a better experience. If they put more effort into making their GF/DF options actually taste good, I’d happily give it another try.

So many options! They have 101 omelettes plus lots of other options. I had the veggie quiche and it was delicious. I couldn’t believe how big it was! Very tasty and full of veggies. I loved that the side of fruit included strawberries and bananas and not just melon. I also tried the vanilla latte and it was very good. We arrived around 9:15 on a Sunday morning and there were a few people waiting for an inside seat but we were seated outside immediately and although it was a little chilly outside they do have heaters that made it enjoyable to sit outside. The service was excellent and the wait staff were friendly and engaging. There seemed to be plenty of parking available in the front and back of the restaurant.
