Probably one of the best location gyms out there staff is always friendly. They don’t seem like they hate their job. The gym is gone through some renovations, which makes it even better now there seems like there’s more space and room to do stuff and not feel like you’re gonna run into everybody disappointed they got rid of the cinema room, but they made up for for it by making the extra room and not feeling so crowded in there. Thank you Valencia for doing the best job you can Please continue to be appreciate your workers cause they’re really good there. Simi location management has really gone downhill and put the customer last.

I’ve been a member of this gym since before it was even completed, but it’s time for me to move on. The steam room is consistently dirty, and the showers have such poor water flow that it’s barely a trickle. When I brought it up to the staff, they admitted it’s a known issue—one I’ve had to deal with for years. On top of that, they no longer offer the town service that was once available. I expected better maintenance and service, but unfortunately, this facility just isn’t up to standard. Moving on to a cleaner and more functional gym.

I had a great time the staff is all nice, and the gym equipment is all in great condition and easy to use. Josh was also a great help in getting me setup with my membership and Oliver was awesome in giving me tips and advice for workouts so if you want a personal trainer definitely recommend him.

I think the staff at this place is great. 5☆ I saw a lot of faces that I haven't seen before. I tried a new class [silver sneakers] Heesun was our leader 5☆ & I enjoyed her workout. I couldn't do all of the exercises very good, but I was excited to try and will do them more. 4☆ is because I wish the Hot tub was covered or inside. I would have gotten in today but it's cold outside. I joined because my apt pool and hot tub are under construction and then I discovered I liked the gym. But, I wish we could swim inside yr round. That would be kool THAT WOULD BE 10☆ STATUS for me.. These are 2 of my favorite arm machines 💪🏾

I decided that 2025 is the year to get back on track! As a result I joined Gold’s Gum in Valencia, CA… Part of my doing so came with a free body scan and personal trainer consultation/workout… Michael is my trainer and he’s awesome! He explained everything thoroughly, made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire session, and really got to know me… My experiences in the past with personal trainers haven’t been great due to this overwhelming feeling that they could care less about me or my goals and they were just going through the motions! I noticed that throughout my 30-minute consult, literally 20+ members waived or acknowledged Michael and a few even apologized for interrupting to say a proper hello to him. That told me all I needed to know, I signed up for a 3-month package and look forward to achieving my fitness goals with Michael’s help… Hey Zach (Boss Man), Michael deserves a raise in my opinion, solid guy and comes across as truly loving what he does and helping his members get to their goals!
