We did a lot of research to find the exact vehicle that suited our needs. The staff, especially Gary Michaels, were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. One of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve had. Manager Mike made it easy and finance guru Carlos was very professional and proficient. I’d highly recommend them if you’re shopping for a vehicle.
Unfortunately I would NOT recommend their service department.

The service department here always steeps up, they have a very good manager that listens to your concern, and helps you find a great solution, being a warranty claim, routine service, or customer pay situations with great discount.
A couple of questionable items on my vehicle, had slipped through the quality control department, and unfortunately ended up on my vehicle (from screen delaminating, too plastic door handles discolored by the sun), they always made it an absolute joy since, they dealt with the warranty department on my behalf, making sure everything would be fixed every time.
There’s always great discounts for service, on oil changes, tires, alignment or whatever your car needs on the dealerships website, often saving your hundreds per visit. 👍🤗
A giant thank you, to service writer Naomi and everyone in the service department, you guys always make it an easy and enjoyable experience, I really appreciate your time and effort in keeping your customers (most of all mine 🤗🤫) experience a great one.

Recently bought a pre-owned vehicle with the help of Wesley, Carlos, and Mark. All these guys are really great, extremely helpful and considering I came in here on a whim, they made the time worth it. Each individual is very communicative and transparent with me which I appreciate immensely. I definitely recommend this location for your car needs!

This is about their warranty. Please be aware and do not purchase it—it is a scam. I repeat, buying their warranty is a scam. You will be robbed of your money by Jeep of Valencia and their warranty plans.
I purchased a new 2023 Jeep Cherokee and have only had the vehicle for two years. I went in for service on January 5, 2026. One of the issues I reported was that my tail lights were cracked from the inside. The service team at Jeep of Valencia told me they would handle the problem since I purchased all the warranties they offered for my car.
However, when I arrived, I was told the car would not be covered because the issue falls under the “molding” category. I only have one year left to fully pay off my vehicle. Paying for their warranty plan for the past two years has been a complete waste of money because it does not cover something as simple as defective tail lights, which do not cost much. I estimate that the cost of just one month of their warranty could cover the price of new tail lights.
Imagine paying for two full years of warranty, only for a sales representative to show you a small booklet and say the cracked tail lights are not covered because they fall under the molding category. When the car was sold to me, the sales representative at Jeep of Valencia told me the warranty would cover everything and that I would not have to worry about anything other than bringing the car in when small issues occurred—even the most expensive electrical components would be covered.
Please be aware of their scam, because that is exactly what it is—a scam to take your money. Be cautious when buying a brand-new vehicle with zero miles. They will strongly insist that you purchase their warranty. This was my first time buying a new car from a dealership, and just as it happened to me, it will happen to many others. They are no help and do not care about assisting their customers. Worst experience ever.
