This dealership is THE best in all of California! I drive over 1 hour from another city (where a Honda dealership is located) just to have my Honda Civic serviced at Valencia Honda. I even used to drive in from San Luis Obispo , that's how amazing this dealership is!
You can tell everything about a dealership in how the employees act. The service techs and advisors are always smiling, laughing, and having a good time at work. I have yet to encountered an employee who isn't happy, which is an absolute rarity these days. Management must treat them right! A Plus!
Protip: hiking trails along the river while you wait for your car to be serviced is an added bonus.

Lisa was the best, I love her she listened to what I wanted and delivered. I'm very happy with my new 2026 Honda HRV all wheel drive. I had the 2024 in 2WD and unfortunately during the rain I spun out on the 14 and my car was totaled. I was thankfully safe and okay, this car did its job and made me safe. So it was important that I got the same one but now in AWD. I appreciate Lisa and her listening to what I wanted down to the color I wanted. Im so happy to be in this HRV. The young man in finance was also very nice and helpful I believe his name was Marco it started with a M. But overall these two were super nice and I enjoyed my purchasing experience!!

I recently had an amazing experience leasing a new car at AutoNation Honda Valencia. A great experience !I went to 2 previous dealerships before Auto Nation Valencia and the experience I had blew those other 2 dealerships out the door. Rick my salesman made the experience enjoyable without any type of pressure, he went over and beyond to help me find what I was looking for ! Same with Mario my financier he made the experience stress free and had me leave feeling confident when I left in my brand new civic. I'm glad I showed up to auto nation valencia and will definitely recommend any one looking for a car to these guys especially Richard Murray(Rick). I appreciate all the hard work these guys do !

Dylan was a fantastic salesman. Very knowledgeable and respectful of our wishes and our time. He helped us find the perfect Honda for our needs. Mario was pretty amazing as well. Again, very knowledgeable, respectful of our time. He did offer us extra options and warranties, but did not push, pressure or make us feel bad for declining like others have in the past at different dealerships. I highly recommend this dealership. They gave us top dollar for our trade in as well. The process was quick, thorough, and it was a very friendly environment. Ask for Dylan and Mario!
