There was a time when I started to lose faith in service departments, but I’m a firm believer that if you can complain, you should also be willing to compliment — and this team truly deserves it.
I’ve been bringing my car to Mercedes-Benz Valencia for the past four years, and I’ve consistently experienced honesty, patience, and real care from Kurt The service manager and Derrek my client advisor. Recently, I had major work done — brake pads, two tires, shocks, windshield wipers and a Service A. I also had an ongoing electrical issue with my dashboard that no one could figure out before. This team not only found the problem but fixed it — and as a courtesy, they did something I would’ve never imagine, let’s just say they brought tears to my eyes for that part of the repair. That big act of integrity honestly restored my faith in them and changed my belief That there are really companies like Mercedes Valencia that really really do care for their customers.
Special thanks to Kurt, the Service Manager, and Derek for their professionalism and kindness. They take time to sit with customers, explain the details, and make sure you understand everything without ever trying to upsell or overprice.
Their prices are also noticeably lower than other Mercedes service departments I’ve compared — yet the quality is top-tier. The level of customer care and diligence in this department is immaculate.

Leased a Mercedes few days ago and I'm so glad to have Raffi work with us. He was very knowledgeable which made it so easy to decide which car to get. He stayed with us all those long hours and made sure our questions were all answered and walked us through the whole process until we left. He is an honest and a reliable salesman. I also like to thank Sidney, who did his utmost best to help us with the deal. He is a very nice person as well. Overall experience was so great, and although this was my 1st visit at Mercedes Valencia, I walked in by not knowing anyone, but I felt so welcomed and left as if we were family. Excellent job!

Just got the first car of my life from this place!!! (A CPO one!) I really appreciate Zena for being so responsive and supportive to negotiate such a good deal for me. She’s super nice and asked me if everything works well with the car even a day after I complete the purchase :) The whole process was smooth and transparent.
