This is the second Mazda I have brought from this dealership. I will always be a loyal customer because of the wonderful sales team and extraordinary customer service. The sales team will work within your budget until they get the a monthly payment that you are comfortable with. I live approximately 50+ miles away from this dealership, but l drive all the way to Valencia for thier superb service. I was a Nissan person for years, but after purchasing my Mazda I am 100% satisfied and will never purchase any other vehicle. My trade-in had over 70,000+ miles, and I swear it never gave me one day's trouble. No problems whatsoever... I only upgraded because I wanted a hybrid. I am in love with my CX 50 hybrid because of the gas mileage and all the extra add-ons for convenience. I highly recommend this dealership. Check them out for yourself.

Called the dealership after seeing a really clean 2015 Mazda3 grand touring S.
Car was exactly as described (a beauty queen) and Scott was wonderful to work with! He didn't pressure us for things we weren't interested in but also had great insight on a package that did work for me.

We purchased a car from Hello Mazda after my son’s car was totaled in a hit and run accident. Jonathan was very helpful with getting us in for a test drive for a vehicle my son found online. After looking at another dealership for a car, my son decided he really liked the car he test drove at Hello Mazda. Although the process to finalize the purchase did not go as smoothly as it should have (I used my bank for financing) and there were multiple communication issues with the finance department , Jonathan still assisted and alleviated the issues for us. He facilitated a phone call with my bank and his finance department and we were able to finally get the car after a week and a half. He not only fixed this huge issue but he arranged to have the vehicle delivered to us. Throughout the process, he contacted me consistently and provided status updates which were appreciated. He was professional, kind, understanding and an all around outstanding advocate for your business. He was also an advocate for my son and I as customers. Excellent customer service! I truly hope you all realize what a star you have with Jonathan.
