I purchased a 2026 CX-70, on January 3, 2026. The car I wanted was hard to find, not many are out yet. But Jesse was able to find the exact one I wanted and it was in less than 48 hours, Jesse had called and said we could come get it the next day. The car was delivered by noon the next day from another dealership over 2 hours away. Almost all the paperwork was taken care of remotely, so when we went in to pick the car up we had just a couple signatures needed and we were able to leave with our new car. All this was possible because Jesse went above and beyond what I would have expected. A special thank you to sales manager Chris Flores and the salesmen, Jesse Ruiz.- you made it happen! I’ve purchased several cars over the past few years, but Hello Mazda of Valencia has been by far my best experience. Scott was terrific to work with. I told him what I was looking for and within a couple weeks he found the exact car at the right price, with no hidden fees or pressure sales tactics. I’d recommend any looking for either a new or used car to stop in and see Scott at Hello Mazda.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Hello Mazda.
We traveled an hour and a half to get there from Santa Barbara to purchase our CX-5 and have continued to return there for service work.
I just finished another trip there for routine maintenance where I was humbled by the level of loyalty they exhibited to their customrts.
I ended up needing to leave my car there for some extended work. Cassandra managed my situation with professionalism and made me feel at ease throughout the process, providing us with a loner car and great communication throughout.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car and have it serviced at this dealership.
