My experience was incredible. A 12/10 on the customer satisfaction scale! Roger (Ray) is the most incredible human and he made the process of buying a new vehicle + trading in our old one so incredibly "easy." We were not worried or stressed out. He provided clear directions on how to operate a lot of the updated features in our new vehicle and provided transparency and understanding of all documentation (I think this part is very important as many people don't understand car buying lingo with purchasing + financials). Ray made that process so smooth and worry free. We brought our infant son with us because, let’s be honest if he didn’t like it we wouldn’t get it (just kidding) and it was such a pleasurable experience. Nothing but amazing quality from Hyundai Valencia per usual. If and when we purchase another car in the future, it will 100% be a Hyundai and we WILL be buying from Ray!
