I recently went to the service department to have a warranty inspection done on my vehicle in regards to the engine. The service department had my vehicle for over a week and their response to me was my vehicle is ready and was not able to be covered under Infiniti's warranty. Their claim was there was damage due to a lack of maintenance. However, when I received my vehicle there was no proof or evidence of metal or debris in the oil just words on a piece of paper. I was told there would be a video, however I never received anything. Their claim was Infiniti Corp. denied it and I was given no answer or resolution. Furthermore taking my vehicle to a local reputable high-end repair shop for a second opinion they offered an oil sample along with pictures and a diagnosis. This dealership, is just that ,a great dealership with friendly staff, only there to sell you cars. After speaking with Infiniti Corp. I can see the dealership follows suit , they just want to sell you a car and not be responsible for it once it leaves the lot. I'm very glad this was a used vehicle purchase as the cost was easy to swallow as it will be the last Infiniti we purchase . I do not recommend an Infiniti for those in need of reliable transportation.

The service advisor, Armin, had my Q50S in and out quickly. He was very transparent with the repairs. He always met expectations with my husbands Q50, and he did not disappoint with mine. My car is back, better than ever. I will be returning to this location for any further service and/or repair. Thank you Infiniti of Valencia for the fast turn around and great quality of work.

Five stars for Infinity Car Dealership and Darius! This place is the definition of professional from start to finish. The showroom was spotless and inviting, and the staff were incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. Darius took the time to listen to what I needed, answered every question with patience, and made the whole process seamless and stress-free. Financing was transparent, negotiations were straightforward, and the paperwork was done quickly without any pressure. If you’re looking for top-notch service, a clean, welcoming environment, and an amazing car-buying experience, I can’t recommend Infiniti enough. Highly, highly recommend!
