I called first thing in the morning to schedule and oil change and fix under handle guards. When I called on Friday the receptionist was wonderful. I explained that I do not live in the area (coming from Bakersfield), bought the vehicle from their establishment, and that their dealership are the only ones that can fix the handle guards as they are the only ones that have them on their vehicles. (Bakersfield Acura has verified that through my last oil change locally) I asked if I could get a loner vehicle since we are not from the area and are making it a day to have the car serviced. She transferred me to the service department with no success of speaking to someone and was told someone would call me back. No one did. I called again Monday morning, again speaking with the lovely receptionist, transferring me to service, again not answering and being told I would be called back. No one did.
Called again this morning, finally spoke to service, explained, what had happened to past few days and could I please make an appointment and get a loaner car while I am there. A long explanation as to why they couldn't even though we were driving from out of the area. The service advisor then put me on hold to ask a manager, which basically stated we have them but cant guarantee you would get one. Casey was not truthful in his verbal estimate nor the written stating he would correct it and did not. Honesty is important. If you mislead the customer w an estimate amount how can I trust you when you advise me the status of my vehicle. Extremely disappointed with him,

This is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The team is friendly knowledgeable and sincere. There was never any hint of pressure and not once did they portray the stereotypical worst persona we have likely all experienced on the same street. The Mgr. Brian and his staff take a lot of pride in being a family owned dealership and it showed in the 3 visits I made before buying. I chose to buy at Valencia Acura not only because the MDX was amazing and competitively priced, but because of the way my family was treated. Brian, Dee, Nick and team thank you!

I took my car in for servicing in Nov. 2024. I asked them to test drive my car because something was wrong. They said everything was fine. A month later I took my car to another mechanic. They said by back bearings on my tired we shot and needed to be replaced. Also they were not rotating my tires.

First off, I was attracted by how clean and orderly their lot was presented. Their vehicles were nicely lined up, and we were greeted immediately. The sales men, Chris, was polite, respectful and patient. We were further impressed by how nicely we were treated by sales manager, John. Those of you who have purchased a car know how much of a pain the managers can be. John was the opposite of that.
This was my first purchase of an Acura. Based on my experience today, they have made a long time customer out of me. I would highly endorse this place for your next purchase/lease.
Thanks to the people at Valencia Acura for making today such a great experience.
