Adam made my car shopping experience great! I initially shopped around at a few other places… almost bought a used car from a different dealer but did not feel good about the process because they wouldn’t agree to clean up some of the minor scratches the car had (among other things).
I was then debating between a brand new car and a used one. Shopped around a bit more and made my last stop at Audi Valencia. What sold me was the fact that Adam worked with my budget (ran the numbers a few times to make a competitive offer compared to the new car I was debating on getting at a different dealer), offered to clean up some of the scratches this car had (it was used), and updated me throughout the process (I had to leave my car there for some days to get the scratches removed). Adam delivered a nice Audi loaner so that I wouldn’t be left carless while my car was getting serviced. He also dropped off my car when it was ready and took the Audi back so I didn’t have to go back to Valencia which was far for me.
The only critique I would give is that the car detail (on the inside) wasn’t the best... however, nothing to do with my sales rep. Adam even went in and tried to remove some pencil stains that the detailers didn’t get. I included some photos of the scratches the car initially had, and the final result which looks great.
The sales person you end up with makes or breaks your experience… and Adam did a great job.

Adam was easy to work with and we got the deal done in a timely manner. Got a great deal on the q7 and a great unique color on the vehicle! Would definitely recommend buying from Adam he was easy going and not pushy, wanted to make sure we made the best decision for ourselves. Will be back in the future!
