He didn't hound or bother us with question, he just let us do our thing and was helpful through the entire process. Alexis from finance was awesome and made sure our stuff was in order. Went in just to look and got hooked in. I had a lease and a second vehicle to trade in and they were able to help without running my credit. They got me an estimate on monthly payments and once approved, credit was ran. After credit was ran, my interest went down and lowered the agreed payments. Zack was great throughout the process and love my ‘26 Explorer Tremor.

I always have a great experience with the Ford service department, thanks to my service advisor Greg. He consistently takes the time to really listen to my concerns and makes sure everything is clearly understood before the work is done. Greg also goes out of his way to make the process convenient, doing whatever he can to ensure I’m not stuck waiting at the dealership all day.
I truly appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail. My car is always serviced thoroughly, and I leave feeling confident that everything was handled properly. Excellent customer service every time!
