They sold my 2020 escalade sport platinum black raven with maple sugar brembo brakes etc.
that i was tracing leaks rumors everywhere and dreaming to own since 2015 to a different customer because they wanted the customer to do service with them
I contacted my nearest dealer they indicated that this very escalade wasn’t available and zero sold here what can i do ?
I wasn’t aware of that until i was diagnosed with massive depression and panic attacks !
Now I don’t have a choice but to buy my escalade back from the owner which is impossible since they either blocked me or just ignoring me
I have ton of money in fact I don’t like the 5th gen Escalade nor v or new sport platinum.
Either contact the owner or i will start praying till i get you out of business!
I like L86 6.2 and 10L90 that my style!
I see myself in that 2020 escalade sport platinum!
Now I can’t sleep without a pill

i came here for an oil change on my 2019 Buick. It was my first time here and to be honest $99.95 for just a oil change was not what i expected. That is a really high price. I’ve could’ve gone anywhere else .. i mean any non Buick GMC dealership and most probably get the oil change done for $50-$60 most likely even get a free car wash with the oil change.. to keep the story short.. i wasn’t happy with the amount i was changed.. however while i was waiting for my service to be done i was approached by few salesmen and they were absolutely kind and polite and made me feel welcomed. In my opinion Parkway Buick dealership should keep their prices at a reasonable rate and that way keep their customers from going elsewhere. Those 4 stars i gave in my review is just because of the pleasant attitude of those salesmen i was approached during my service visit.

On April 30th me and my went to look at 2 cars. First car was a 2023 Cadillac CT5 Luxury at Parkway Buick GMC Cadillac. I met with the salesman Raymond. Pretty cool guy by the way. They had the car already out front for me to look at the I had inquired about online. We went out for a test drive and came back. He explained the features of the car. Very knowledgeable about the car which helped me make a decision that day. Wasn't able to get the deal done that Sunday because banks were closed and to be honest. My credit wasn't all that great. But that didn't stop them from helping me and my wife out. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. Hany is amazing at what he does as well as Chaz who played a roll in getting the deal done for me and my wife. Ray the salesman kept communication on going so it was easy for us to get the things he needed for us to just come in and sign the documents. This was by far the best experience I had buying a car. The owner Steven of the dealer is extremely wonderful to talk to and me and my wife didn't feel like customers we felt like friends. Please go here if you are looking for a car.

I purchased a brand new car and Trevor made the experience an absolute pleasure. The entire staff rocked if I must be honest and that was a delight. I can’t wait to go buy my husband his truck. Even the owner is very personable. The entire experience was awesome.
