I recently had an experience at Reeves Complete Auto that truly exceeded my expectations. My car had been giving me trouble, refusing to start, and I was pretty stressed out by the time I arrived at their shop. Fortunately, Mackey and John Michael were there to help me right away.
From the moment I walked in, they were professional and approachable. We had a genuine conversation while they assessed the situation, and I immediately felt like I was dealing with straight shooters—no games, no upsells, just honest, clear communication. It was clear that they were knowledgeable and took pride in their work.
It didn’t take long for them to diagnose the problem as a faulty battery. They explained everything to me in terms that I could easily understand, which was much appreciated. Within no time, they had the battery replaced, and my car was back up and running.
What really stood out to me was the trust and rapport we built in such a short amount of time. In an industry where it can sometimes be hard to know who to trust, I felt completely confident that Mackey and John Michael were looking out for my best interests. They took care of the problem efficiently and treated me with respect throughout the entire process.
I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Reeves Complete Auto for any future needs. It’s rare to find such a trustworthy and skilled team, and I’m grateful for their help this morning.

They are the most professional and friendliness repair shop. A Family owned and operated business. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When your vehicle is repaired by them you will experienced the best service in Santa Clarita. Great service and epic quality work. Great Great place to take your vehicle.

ABSOLUTE crooks. Specifically told us they would do a simple radiator swap on our truck, we specifically stated we would have to drive a significant distance to them for this. Had to keep stopping every so often, overheating on the way. Called them while enroute, checking in with them, giving eta. After taking TWO HOURS to get there, overheating the entire way, we arrive and they’re at lunch. When they get back from lunch, they literally send us away saying, and I quote “how do we even know the radiator is the problem”
Meanwhile our radiator has a giant hole in it.
Feels like they could be the problem.
Had the WORST IMAGINABLE attitude and essentially told my driver to kick rocks.
What a garbage company.

My husbad took two of our cars to this mechanic shop on two different occasions within 3 months for different issues and came out without being charged but with the problem fixed. They told him that they didn't have to do much to fix the issue. I didn't believe mechanics can be honest until we came to Reeves. I highly recommend them.
