I recently hit a soccer ball in my car and messed up the steering pretty bad, I had no idea what to do, but my dad has been bringing his cars to these guys and swears by them, appreciates their honesty and hard work. I can’t say enough good things about Reeves Complete Auto Care! I brought my car in with a problem that had stumped even the most experienced mechanics everywhere else. Within just 40 minutes, Mackey—hands down one of the best mechanics I’ve ever met—was able to diagnose the issue and explain it clearly. The professionalism, efficiency, and skill here are unmatched. I recently had an experience at Reeves Complete Auto that truly exceeded my expectations. My car had been giving me trouble, refusing to start, and I was pretty stressed out by the time I arrived at their shop. Fortunately, Mackey and John Michael were there to help me right away.
From the moment I walked in, they were professional and approachable. We had a genuine conversation while they assessed the situation, and I immediately felt like I was dealing with straight shooters—no games, no upsells, just honest, clear communication. It was clear that they were knowledgeable and took pride in their work.
It didn’t take long for them to diagnose the problem as a faulty battery. They explained everything to me in terms that I could easily understand, which was much appreciated. Within no time, they had the battery replaced, and my car was back up and running.
What really stood out to me was the trust and rapport we built in such a short amount of time. In an industry where it can sometimes be hard to know who to trust, I felt completely confident that Mackey and John Michael were looking out for my best interests. They took care of the problem efficiently and treated me with respect throughout the entire process.

They are the most professional and friendliness repair shop. A Family owned and operated business. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When your vehicle is repaired by them you will experienced the best service in Santa Clarita. Great service and epic quality work. Great Great place to take your vehicle.
