I love this store, there is always new things to find. It has a little of everything. Store is clean staff are nice. This store has many selections from furniture to decor and specialty foods. I love browsing for jewelry and the unique foods.

We enjoy shopping at World Market. They have many unique products. There are many international foods. Everything is nicely displayed . Staff is willing to assist you with your purchases. We like this store and always find great unique gifts. This is a fun place to shop.

I came in looking for vanilla scented tea candles and couldn’t find any on the shelves. I then asked a cashier who wasn’t busy to help me find it. Not to mention there were two others who weren’t doing anything but staring into space standing around nearby. I asked about the item I was looking for and she begins to go on her iPad looking for what I had asked about. Honestly it seemed as if it was the first time she was on planet earth. A line started to form and a customer had to ask another employee to open their lane. It was totally unprofessional. It took so long that a customer had to say that if it wasn’t on the shelves that they didn’t have it in stock. I left very disappointed. I don’t know if I blame the employee or the employer. These THREE ladies in the front had me wondering if I was on an alien planed because they were so spaced out. It had me questioning if I was real or not it was THAT bad. Don’t come here if you plan on being a regular this management is horrible. I don’t know how these three girls were hired. They barely knew how to function an iPad or speak to customers. Going to this location made me doubt the future generations and I’m only 19 years old.

I love this store, but what makes it great is the employees! Kloana was the kindest person and they went out of their way to talk to me and help me in store! Great experience! Thank you

Very friendly staff and a very very well taken care of store. This might be one of the best locations in SoCal.
