Karen was very friendly and gave us a great shopping experience! She took her time, worked with our budget to find us a good mattress that met our specific needs. I definitely recommend a visit and will definitely come back whenever the time comes!

It was a night and day difference walking into Sit ‘n Sleep compared to other places looking for a mattress. It started with a friendly greeting and quick questions of what we were looking for. Then we laid on an analyzer determining the best type of mattress for us individually. TJ, our salesman, proceeded to inform us all about the science of sleep, positions, and asked us what are some of our issues with sleep (snoring? Back pain? Restlessness? Etc). Then the comparing began. Although we were fairly certain we were going to get a Tempur-pedic top of the line mattress, we discovered TechnoGel and fell in love. We had no inclination to get an adjustable split king, but when he pointed out our different sleep patterns and habits, he showed us it made total sense for us as a couple. And the whole time he was pointing out the science behind all the different positions and how it affects snoring, back pain, restlessness, and deep sleep.
So the shopping experience was outstanding. More to come when the mattress actually arrives at our house.

We came in on a Friday night to check out 3 beds that we were considering buying. We bought our present bed from sit and sleep 15 years ago and was pleased with the customer service and purchase.
We were taken care of by Karen who was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was absolutely no high pressured sales tactics used. We spent a lot of time trying out the Sealy elite posture-pedic firm pillow top Brennan model and the helix midnight and helix twilight lux. They all were comfortable and comparable in price. Karen suggested we do the bed match technology test which we did. My wife was suited for a soft/medium type bed and I was suited for medium/firm mattress. Karen suggested that the Sealy model was new and while labeled firm from sealy had more of a medium/ firm feel with special added lumbar support which I needed for my low back issues. We settled on that bed and got 10% off It was delivered today on time without any issues. We are looking forward to a good night sleep tonight. Thank you Karen for making this experience easy and friendly.

Had a thoroughly great experience from start to finish, we searched high and low and visited different mattress stores, ended up here and was able to select the perfect mattress and bed frames we needed. Karen was very pleasant in working with us, she was a delight to do business with.
