Ima keep it simple , I love Starbucks and this establishment simply made me sick to my stomach. The only good interaction out of my experience was the very nice gentlemen at the drive thru window named Brandon. I bought an iced matcha with banana cold foam and the drink weighed I swear to all that is holy a whopping three pounds. The foam was so thick and sticky I could stick tiles on my roof with it. The banana powder was most definitely expired. Will definitely not be coming back to this location. Thank you for your attention on this matter.

I’ll keep this general and start by saying I buy coffee here religiously every morning at around the same time window and the employees here get my order right about 80% of the time. I commute to work via public transportation so when my order is late, or in this case, made incorrectly, I have to decide if I want to be late to work and point it out to the employees or bite the bullet.
Because I value my job, I usually let it go and hope they get it right next time but truthfully today the line was crossed for me because it’s just been one too many times.
Today, was one of those days. I am a very passive person and I understand the room for error, but I was served black coffee when I paid for coconut milk and for non-dairy cold foam.At the risk of being repetitive , I come in every single morning in hopes the employees will understand I truly want to love being a Starbucks regular and would appreciate the basic respect in accuracy for my order and getting what I pay for. Much love and peace. Hope this makes a difference

I ordered two hot coffees and when I held them they felt light. I checked and saw that they didn’t fill it all the way. I also had to ask for the cover so I wouldn’t burn my finger tips. I’m hoping this was a one time thing. I’ve never had a problem before with this Starbucks

I swung by for a hot chai tea latte about 8:30 p.m. I didn't take a sip until I got home. Oh my god. I don't know what they put in it but there was a chemical taste. Chai tea lattes are my drink. I know what they're supposed to taste like. I don't know if they changed chai tea latte syrup or what. I started to feel a little bit woozy. Not going to lie. It scared me. I thought about driving back and having them make me another one but then I thought, what if whatever is in it makes me feel worse while I am driving? To play it safe, I dumped it down the sink. Won't be back there anytime soon.

I mostly use drive-thru. They are very fast & friendly. Never had a bad Flavored hot latte, or frappuccino. My favorite this time of year is Chestnut Praline hot latte w/whip cream. My favorite Frappuccino is White Mocha. Enjoy! I do!
