I had a condo I took over from a partner and it had a tenant in it. My goal was to dispose of the property as quickly and easily as possible. Tricia took care of everything from start to finish including dealing with the tenants which can be a challenge. Between her and her team I was well informed of everything that was going on from start to finish. She is highly professional and never makes you feel pressured in any way. I would highly recommend her to freinds and family and will definitely use her again when the real estate need arises.

Tricia Fossa is hands down the best realtor we’ve used! She helped us buy and sell our home. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and also how to market properties. She was able to bring in 4 over-ask offers after 4 days in this down market. The photographer she used was amazing and high tech. He had a drone fly over the outside highlighting the backyard and pool and also created a video walk-through of the inside set to music. It was impressive. She made the entire process seamless for us from communicating each little step and what to expect, handling inspection issues, appraiser and square footage discrepancies, etc. she handled it all and took the stress off of us. She was awesome.
