We can't say enough great things about Maz Badie. He helped us secure an amazing 1.99% interest rate on our house in 2020. We are still reaping the benefits of a low mortgage payment. This was our 2nd time working with Maz, on purchasing a home, and both times Maz has been incredible. He consistently took our calls at any point of the day, and I mean any point, there were times when we called him well past business hours, and he still took our calls and answered any of our questions or concerns. Anytime we didn’t understand something, he took the time to slow down and explain, ensuring that we understood what was happening. He was in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. Maz works with you to get you the best possible rate, or loan for your situation.
