So my wife came here I believe last friday to get her oil change done. About almost a week later i noticed oil is leaking from oil pan. Come on jiffy lube you guys can do alot better. Id definitely would hire professional mechanics and not people who half ass the job.

Do not take your vehicles to this jiffy lube. Asked for an oil change and brake pad change. Replaced my brakes completely wrong and still charged me over $700 for the brakes change. Took my truck to another mechanic while I was out of state a few days later and found out they installed my brakes completely backwards causing overheating and metal on metal rubbing. Never going here again.

I had been coming to this Jiffy Lube for 20 years. It always had really good customer service. I finally found a couple of technicians 2 hours before their Saturday closing time. Only to find out they were OUT of oil. They just had full synthetic starting at $112.00. This place can't be counted on by me anymore.

Not what the use to be. New Owner, more upsell and much higher prices. The only reason I rate this high were a couple of the employees were nice. Obviously just doing the job

To save you time and money, GO ELSEWHERE. This is my usual spot to get my oil changed, but will no longer be coming here.
Pulled up and the Manager/Tech, Salavador G, told me it would be $212 pus tax for an oil change. I asked him to see the invoice. There was line item that said "splashguard" for $30.00. I asked him what this was for and he said, "It's labor". I responded with a "What?". He then told me it was if they had to remove the undercarriage to get to the drainplug, it would be the cost of the new "splashguard" I told him that was unnecessary and to remove it from the invoice.
Tech then changes my oil and when it comes time to pay, I noticed 2 new BS charges on my invoice. JiffyLube signature service was $129.00 for an oil change plus filter; mine of course had an upcharge of $28.00 for a filter because it was a special filter which has never happened since I've been coming here. $2.00 upcharge on the synthetic oil per quart. Total was $173, tax included FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Mr. Salvador G. was trying to add an additional $50.00 onto this bill.
GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
