First time going into this cute antique store. Everything is well organized where you can look around and feel like you aren't going to drop anything. Prices are also great and lots of handmade items. Carol was super helpful and friendly. She answered all our questions and made us feel welcomed as it was our first time at this store. At both entrances they have hand sanitizer so you can feel safe walking inside. Parking is also located at the back of the store and easy access to walk inside. Will most definitly be going back to do more shopping in the near future.

I like to shop local and I have been shopping here since Carol owned the store on Main Street. It is has been my go to store for gifts and for retail therapy. No more. Yesterday I brought a friend here and we both spent money; however, the earrings I bought are poor quality. I brought them back today and requested a refund. I was aware that they have a no refund policy. I asked nicely if they could make an exception and was told that the defect is the nature of the earring material. I asked the clerk to ask the owner, Kathy, who also denied my request. Since I think these earrings are shoddy, I believe it would have been good customer service to assist me with a refund. They are nice here until they are not. When I left with my defective earrings, the clerk did not apologize, nor did she say goodbye. You would have thought I was unreasonable, rude and asked for the moon. I think this is bad Karma, Kathy. Barn and Charm has lost a long time customer.
