I had the most pleasant & comfortable Christmas shopping experience with Sebastián at VANS Store in the Valencia mall. Sebastián was incredibly helpful, engaging, professional, informative & cheerful. He's the sole reason why I spent my money at VANS, and not at the Foot Locker, Journey & Journey's Kids directly next door whom sale associates were vague, and non engage nor acknowledged my presence. I received the most exciting service from VANS, and that is why I spent my money with them. It's people like Sebastián that makes all the difference & outlook on someone's shopping experience, especially around this time of year. I can't help by rave about how much better he & your additional associates made my night so much more pleasing. This morning I have spread the word to my coworkers, loved ones & friends to hurry in to VANS I'm Valencia today, and do business with you guys. It's a busy Christmas season, but it felt good to be seen & not rushed like other retailers done to me yesterday. Your team of associates took their time to assist every single customer in your store last night with such courtesy & respect. That's truly was wonderful. The team at the Vans store in Valencia/Santa Clarita provided us with excellent customer service. Erik, one of the managers, was very accommodating with some exchanges we made that many other people would not have taken the time to deal with.
I was extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely consider this store for my next purchase.

Already great, happy service at this particular branch. Every staff member is extremely kind and ready to assist you in any way possible. The cashier persons are also very kind as well as quick to complete your purchase and make sure everything is in order. Although the selection of shoes and other accessories are rather limited due to the small store size, it's good enough to keep you satisfied. Great place to get your Vans products if you live in the area or are just visiting
