I finally remembered to write this review for my visit on October 22, 2025. A massive thank you to Amanda B for her exceptional service.
She seamlessly handled my warranty replacement and even took the time to clean every piece of Pandora jewelry she saw me wearing! Amanda is pleasant, endearing, and made me feel like a highly valued customer. I left the store absolutely delighted. Customer service needs more dedicated people like Amanda!

Order something online ,and couldn't make it to pick it up, so I send my son with all my info and he was denied the order so I hadd to drive 2 hours to pick it .when he was 5 minutes away ,smh never buying here again.

Hoda helped me out today she was very patient and helpful. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job and helping customers. I am so happy with my new bracelet and charms!

Terrible refund policy. After 30 days they won’t be able to even give store credit. This policy on top of a limited selection means your better off shopping somewhere else
