I finally remembered to write this review for my visit on October 22, 2025. A massive thank you to Amanda B for her exceptional service.
She seamlessly handled my warranty replacement and even took the time to clean every piece of Pandora jewelry she saw me wearing! Amanda is pleasant, endearing, and made me feel like a highly valued customer. I left the store absolutely delighted. Customer service needs more dedicated people like Amanda!

Hoda helped me out today she was very patient and helpful. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job and helping customers. I am so happy with my new bracelet and charms!

Terrible refund policy. After 30 days they won’t be able to even give store credit. This policy on top of a limited selection means your better off shopping somewhere else

Worst customer service. Don’t buy anything here. Buy online so you don’t have trouble returning an item. I purchased a ring one day before returning it and I never wore it. They tell me it’s got “scratches on it” and I can’t get my money back. I had to call corporate and that got the ball rolling. Ridiculous
