I took my 5 year old there and they were great. She was very nervous. The 2 employees pierced her ears at the same time. Then she lost one a few days later and they helped us her a new earring in. Very kind people. I wish I go the guys name that helped us both times, he was so kind!

This place is in the Westfield Valencia shopping center. It’s a kiosk on the second floor near H&M. I interacted with three different employees there & they’re all very kind, helpful & have great customer service. I needed a piece to be brought in from another store location & they made it super worry free for me. Also had great communication the entire time I was waiting for my jewelry to arrive.
I recommend buying the “insurance” for your jewelry if you’re accident prone. It really is a life saver!

Got my ears pierced here a few years back and I loved it so I went back to get jewelry and the new staff they had were unprofessional and very unhelpful. I asked for a refund for new ear rings I got and they didn’t want to issue me my insurance plan back with them and the rings were not used along with the sale return

People were nice. They screwed up my piercings and made it so I can’t get anymore lobe piercings because they’re so crooked. The dots were aligned but the piercings themselves and 4 centimeters apart. Very disappointed and embarrassed about my unprofessionally pierced ears. 70 dollars down the drain.

I took my 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. I told them how important it was to get them even on both sides, but they pierced her ears unevenly.
Now one side is higher than the other side. This makes me so sad, because it's not something that can be corrected.
This place does not know what they are doing do not take your daughter here.
