Took my bracelet in to have a link taken out. The bracelet I have had for 25 years. It was amber in silver. He cleaned the bracelet and ruined my bracelet. The amber has lost its luster and is cloudy. He doesn't know his gems. He should have told me he couldn't clean because of the amber. But he didn't and I'm so heart broken. My BFF and I bought the necklace and had the 2 bracelets. Now I don't have mine. Beware.

I took my watch in for a new battery, he told me to come back next week and I did come back the following week, then he tells me to come back tomorrow, I said please just give me my watch back tired of coming back and forth, so puts all pieces of my watch in a plastic bag, I took my watch to another place and they said these parts are not the right parts for my Fossil watch, very disappointed with this guy, and I’ll never ever do business here again, and he ruined my watch that was only a little more than one year old, this was the first time it needed a battery, he must have taken the parts to my expensive watch to his own benefit, what a creep

Only go to Mike's for watch batteries. He's fast and fair!

Mike was rude with bad customer service. And he over charges for my batteries to replace for my watch. Plus he did sketch my expenses watch. I don't recommend to go to mikes watch repair shop.
