Let me start by saying the staff were very nice. Sadly, that’s probably the only nice thing here. The facility is gross and made me feel like I was in a county hospital. The cabinets were falling apart, the walls had giant paint chips, even the ceiling was broken. The small desk in the exam room looked like a portable table from Costco. And there was a sign that scolded to “only wash hands” above the sink. What in the world must have prompted that to be posted?! To be honest I left more worried about catching something there from the unsanitary conditions.

Dr. Jan Janey, what a doctor, listen, takes time, will not leave you till he is satisfied with the work he is doing. Makes you feel as if you are a friend. Very much impressed with his expertise. Yes responds to all my messages. Dr. Janey thank you for being there for my health.

This facility is the reason I left town. I've been seeing them for 4yrs. They do NOT care about you here. You're just another number in their system. The representatives are rude and they forget to submit important things like authorizations for needed medications.
California's medical system is so broken, and UCLA is the epitomy of the failed system. Move out of Los Angeles and go to another state that cares more about its patients.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Andrew J. Day yesterday for my yearly check up of a health issue. NEVER has a doctors sat down with me for 35 minutes, yes I said 35 minutes and quietly explain to me how we should deal with my issue. He is extremely caring and very knowledgeable. He asked questions and listen to my answers. While we were together he reviewed older test results and compared them to newer test results. He could see some very important differences in the results that no other doctor in his specialty has ever noticed.. which changed my treatment. I have had the good luck to have some great UCLA doctors after 4 surgeries, two of them being very major open heart surgeries and surely this young man is at the top of the list!
Thank G-d Dr. Day decided to become a Doctor... we are all better for his decision!
