I went to Valencia medical care for years and they were fantastic. I went there today because I jammed my thumb over three weeks ago and it’s not healing. I was there for almost two hours and ended up walking out while I was crying. Dr Yi used to talk to me like I was human. Today he talked to me for a few seconds then said I was going to get an X-ray. I waited for a couple of minutes. Then I opened the door to the room I was in. There was nobody around to take me for an X-ray. I set my timer on my phone for 10 minutes. The timer went off and I walked out. I was in tears because my youngest son has hypotonic cerebral palsy and requires a lot of help. I had another son of mine watching my disabled son but he also had an aide who showed up for a scheduled session. I never thought I would be at the doctors office for so long. It would have been different if I was being treated but I was basically the ugly step child who was left in the closet. In the past there was an awesome X-ray tech who would have almost immediately had you in the X-ray room. I am going to have to fight them if they try to bill my insurance. I was not treated like a human being today. The people in the rooms on each side of me were treated great. I’m so sad about losing Dr Yi as my primary doctor

Terrible experience with the staff. I returned midday on Monday to complete a time sensitive test to find the office doors locked and nobody there. There were several other people also waiting in the parking lot, including me. Test was not able to be performed, and when I returned the following day office, staff lied to us telling us that someone was there until 4 PM, when clearly the doors were locked with multiple people waiting outside. This urgent care is likely just a money grab and I would take yours and go somewhere else.

Best urgent care in town! Been going here for years and have always loved it. Only one bad experience, but If you can avoid Jade then you have it made! All the other providers are awesome!!! They are great with small children too! I’ve taken my boys as infants and now they are 4 and 1! If their pediatrician is out this is my go to place! Love them!

I'd cut my leg with glass I'd picked up in a trash bag and they saw me Sunday afternoon: short wait; caring and attentive service. Very personable. Clean and organized. Follow-up appointment today was equally wonderful. HIGHLY recommend.
