Person. then we Have Ed Who is working behind the scene working hard in the lab and if things don’t go right the way you like your teeth, he will come in and make it right. Thank you golden oak dental For making me look good and happy. You are warm, caring and good at what you do and I love you and your services So if you’re not happy, you need to get over to golden Oak dental they will make you happy and beautiful At least that’s my opinion I will be forever be grateful with your work and the service you provided Me.

My experience at Golden Oak Dental Group was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. I arrived early for my 3:30 PM appointment at 3:10 PM, completed paperwork promptly, and waited patiently. By 3:54 PM, I still hadn’t been seen. When I asked for updates, I was finally moved to a dental chair around 4:21 PM—nearly an hour past my scheduled time.
When I inquired again about the delay, the manager Eli responded defensively, framing *me* as the problem rather than addressing the clinic’s poor time management. I emphasized that I deserved respect for my time, having arrived early and complied with all requirements. Her dismissive reply? “I have no control over how long treatments take.” When I asked why this wasn’t communicated earlier, she abruptly suggested, “Your dentist can refer you elsewhere if you don’t like it here.”
This lack of accountability, poor communication, and outright rudeness from management is unacceptable. A dental practice should prioritize patient care and transparency, not blame clients for their own scheduling failures. I left feeling disrespected and undervalued.
If you value your time or expect basic professionalism, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of clinics that respect patients enough to communicate delays or apologize for inconveniences—Golden Oak is not one of them.

I'm extremely disappointed with this dentist's office. My experience a few years ago was unpleasant, and unfortunately, nothing has changed. The manager, Ellie, was incredibly rude and dismissive on multiple occasions, talking over me and refusing to listen. More recently, she even hung up on me and refused to see my sister for her 11:00 AM appointment unless payment was received beforehand, despite us being up-to-date on payments. We arrived 10 minutes early, and my sister still wasn't seen by 11:40 AM. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this office.
