Dr. Desai was an amazing dentist. She took good care of me and shows professionalism on her tasks from start to finish. She makes me feel comfortable and took away my nervousness on this journey from pulling my teeth till fitting on my new dentures. She treated me as her own mom too. God bless you Dr Desai, see you in three months time.

Showed up 30 min early and the front desk verified my insurance. I then got called back and had to wait multiple times for the front desk to confirm my benefits again. Entire appointment lasted around 1 hour 15 minutes for maybe 20 minutes worth of actual work. Also my teeth were polished before scaling which isn’t considered standard of care.

I rarely write negative reviews, but if this helps just one person avoid this place, it’ll be worth it! The staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable, but beware—they may exaggerate the amount of work you need. Also, be prepared to spend several hours there if they’re busy.
When I arrived, I checked in and completed the new patient paperwork. I was called back within 15 minutes for X-rays, but it took the assistant an entire hour to complete them. I kept gagging, and my eyes were watering from how far back the X-ray plates were placed. I’ve had X-rays done many times before and never experienced anything like that.
After the X-rays, I was taken to a chair to wait for the dentist’s exam. That wait took an additional hour.
During the exam, the dentist told me I needed a significant amount of work done. While I don’t mind addressing dental issues, something felt off, and I decided to seek a second opinion.
Before leaving, they kept pushing me to buy a mouthguard and tried to get me to sign a contract that day for all the out-of-pocket expenses they claimed I needed to pay.
Three hours later, I left feeling exhausted and disheartened.
I eventually went to another dentist for a second opinion, and they were far more thorough. It turns out, I didn’t need even half of the work Western Dental said I did!
It’s really concerning that some offices, especially those that accept primarily medical patients, seem to inflate treatment needs just to meet quotas. It’s disheartening and unethical to see them take advantage of people like this.
Do yourself a favor—if something feels off, get a second opinion!

I want to start by saying that this office is not near me but I make the drive (once a month for braces appointments) because it’s THAT good. The receptionists are welcoming and professional. The doctors are quick yet gentle. I have to commend some of the staff whose name I asked for because they were exceptional, Rosa-receptionist, Mari- dental assistant, and Nora- ortho.
Def recommend.

Amazing experience getting a night guard with Dr. Desei! The technology Western Dental is now utilizing to make teeth molds is superior! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Desei! She is caring, warm and very gentle!
