Unruh Spine Center is top notch. The multitude of services they offer is extraordinary. I had difficulty walking and performing ADL and Dr Unruh helped me in just one week with his excellent diagnostic ability (without images) and treatments beyond just adjustments.
Every single person, who I have met, of his staff are polite, professional, kind, and friendly. Just like Dr Unruh!

I love coming here to see the massage therapist Veronica. She is amazing! If you are looking for therapeutic or just relaxing massage. Book with Veronica. She gives amazing massages and she is simply the best. I love her. My husband and I love coming to visit and we recommend all friends and family too.

Not a serious business. Showed up to my appointment on time, with inclement weather at and appt at 9am only to find out the acupuncturist had last minute jury duty and my appointment was cancelled. I have debilitating sciatic issues and sometimes it’s hard to move around. The receptionist said the office manager had texted and email everyone who had to be cancelled. However, there were no notifications at all even in my spam. I told them a last minute cancellation like this MERITED a call-it would have been a better business decision. After I inquired further and escalated my dissatisfaction, they said their electronic notification system failed. I did not appreciate the lack of professionalism in handling this last minute cancellation. A serious business would have called, showing respect to their client’s time. The office manager, Melissa, called me to apologize and recognized they should have called me (they started calling all the other patients after my feedback). I requested to cancel all my future appointments as I choose to no longer be seen there. We are lucky to have many chiropractors and acupuncturists options in the area that would appreciate my business. I hope Unruh can learn from this experience.

I've been dealing with some upper back and neck pain, but it's getting a little better! Dr. Unruh is seriously the best; he's so understanding and really listens to what you have to say. The whole staff is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable, which is a huge plus. I like their check-in system and new portal.

Dr. Chase Unruh is a true expert and professional. He assisted in healing me when I was in my worst pain, has helped all of my family members, and continues to do so to this day. He recruited a helpful and caring staff to run his practice like a well oiled machine. I will continue to refer him to everyone I know.
