The Masters/Owners always seem to be filled with cheerfulness and genuine smiles on their faces, while smoothly instilling positive motivation! All of the positivity has definitely trickled down to all of the staff - the various Masters and Master Instructors - they just exude superior kindness. The ONE TaeKwonDo is an astounding place to expose your child to, as they learn self-defense, bolster confidence & self-worth, teamwork and camaraderie with other students as they cheer on your successes along the way as well! We cannot say enough great things about them, they are top-notch! A+++

My son began with The ONE when he was 3 years old! He loves the Masters and the black belts who assist them with the Little Tigers class. He is proud of what he has accomplished and is happy to come to class every week. We love to see him grow, not just in TK skills but with following directions, staying still, waiting his turn, self defense, and respect. He really has blossomed here at The ONE!

The masters and instructors are very welcoming. They are very knowledgeable and professional. We really appreciate their tireless work, efforts, patience and dedication. We are very thankful to be part of this amazing community. My son is doing well and enjoys coming to his classes.

What I love about this place it has everything you need in one place: By far the BEST Taekwondo masters and instructors (we have been to 3 different schools due to work relocations), suitable for all ages, and great family values and discipline!
