As soon as you walk in its so quiet and peaceful like you can walk around without lots of people blocking the aisles. The aisles are kept clean and organized. They carry a lot of different items and what they do carry they have enough in stock. There was enough employees walking around in case you needed any help finding anything. They have. They have a clearance aisles with lots of great items on sale. The aisles are a bit on the narrower side so you will have to walk out to let someone else pass who might be pushing a shopping cart. They do have men's and women's restrooms which are kept clean . Lots of parking outside as well.

It’s an alright store if you are looking for craft materials or decorations. Some things are fairly priced, but half the products are either too expensive for what it is, or it’s really cheapy stuff. Some things absolutely suck (see alphabet poster below) and others have you wondering “who buys this?” (See ornament picture) but there are some reasonable things. But it’s alright in general. Just alright.

Final update: will not be shopping there anymore. From differing prices to now horrible workers. I called the store to ensure they had what I needed, had them physically check, and gave the item number. Was told it was in stock having at least 7 on hand. When I arrived they still claimed to have the stock but couldn’t find it. I don’t know what’s worse the fact that one of their workers checked and told me it was in stock or the lack of knowledge/ professionalism.
Updated review: Did an online pickup of thread. Literally picked everything out in store and handed it to the worker in perfect condition. Got it back with the thread unwrapped somewhere in the middle, making it impossible to rewrap and ruining the thread. On top of the prices being WAY different online—($13 in store, $7 online) to prove their inconsistent prices of my last post. Zero quality control and no basic respect for customers things at this point. (Photo of thread added to the end)

If you get this worker (cashier 821712) DONT BUY ANYTHING AND GO TO ANOTHER STORE! This worker tried to intimidate me, spoke and acted rudely and unprofessionally, and felt she was above giving LISTED PRICES and refused to let us pay the listed amount that the shirts actually costed (as seen below). The only reason I’d go back would be if she was not working there because at least the actual corporate manager personally called me because the incident was so unprofessional, which is why they got three stars rather than one.

Love Joann Fabric and Crafts! Purchased plenty of crafts for my 3rd grader. She is home schooled and on Fall Break. Huge sale going on! Took advantage and bought many crafts. Store is well stocked,clean, friendly staffed! They have Restrooms and baby changing tables for babies! Love this Joann Store!
