All I have ever said Juan is remarkable, my Cassidy always is so pretty when Juan grooms her. She is a Golden 14 years old and Juan treats her making sure she is comfortable. I wouldn't be going there if this information isn't true. Juan and Jane are two great people and I consider them a friendship always. Thank you Ron Eisenberg

I get the VIP bath and de shedding treatment for my Husky. Both Jaun and Luke do such a fantastic job! My dog looks so great, a beautiful white color and brushout. All the bathers are very gentle with the dogs and nice and friendly. 😃👍

Waited three hours for my dog to be groomed. Had an appointment booked for 2pm. Got him back at 5pm. Threw off my entire day’s plans and affected multiple family members too. Completely unreasonable.

Awful haircut, completely overpriced and charged $24 extra just for a specific shampoo as my dog is a poodle mix on top of a $6 material fee. They kept her for almost five hours and the cut looks TERRIBLE on the back of her head and her face - all bits of hair still in her eyes and completely uneven on the back of her head.

My sweet girls love going to the groomers. I love how soft and clean they are when I pick them up. Thank you to all our favorite groomers, CJ, Juan, and Justin. We appreciate you! Hopefully, my singing Luna doesn't drive you crazy!
