I have been bringing my dog here for about 4 years now and never disappoints! The owner, Susie has always been so accommodating and puts time into my pups grooming service. I moved from Santa Clarita to Sherman oaks a little over a year ago, tried a few out here and since my dog is senior they just never did as well of a job the way heart 2 heart cares and takes the time for my dog. I have referred friends and family members in the Santa Clarita area and they have seemed very pleased as well. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, we had the best experience here. Friendly, attentive and conscientious attention. There were no hidden costs- everyone communicated very clearly about price expectations. we took our seven-month-old Bernedoodle that had never been professionally groomed before. He came out looking fantastic, his coat was so shiny and smooth. My puppy felt safe and comfortable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend for outstanding service and quality work.

Wow, wow, wow! My little girl (75lbs) is absolutely terrified of the groomers, she is sensitive to paw touching, hates blow dryers. I was previously taking her to a place that rushed through the process, muzzled ALL dogs , they twice “accidentally cut her”, a place (like most) that needed to hurry up so they can move on (which from a business stand point I get, for my pup not good).
I honestly didn’t think I would find a groomers that would work with her fear. Well, I was wrong. Suzie has seen Willow twice, she isn’t over her fear completely but she walked up to the tub on the second visit and she didn’t completely freak out this time when she saw me at pick-up and the whole process was way shorter on the second visit because she cooperated more.
I am taking her monthly so she gets used to the whole process. I see the other pups that get dropped off and they look happy to be dropped off, feel safe and sit calmly to be dried and groomed up on the table and I hope we can get to that point with my girl someday.
Suzie and the staff are super friendly, you can tell they love animals and for a groomers the place actually smells nice.
I highly recommend giving them a chance to show some groomer love to your pups! 🐶
