This is the first Vet clinic, who’s staff took the time out their day, to personally sign a card after our sweet pup Lexi died, and mail it to our family. They see hundreds of animals a day, yet we feel as if our Lexi was their only patient. We loved our Lexi, and they did too. Thank you all for this.

Our Frankie boy was the best - and they treated him and us with so much dignity and compassion when we had to say goodbye.
Our 9 year old Chorkie had a mast cell tumor that ended up being terminal cancer. When we called to schedule an appointment to put him down, there was a minor miscommunication regarding scheduling. The staff nonetheless pulled the doctor away from another surgery to help us.
Worst day of 2026 - but they made it as good as anyone could have. Thank you Doctor and Staff!!

The first time that i came to Saugus Animal Hospital was an emergency. My babe fiona had an accident. The staff were really nice and kind with us. They were very careful with Fiona. They gave us the medicine and they was very fair the payment. A few weeks later we come back to check Fiona and She is better and feels better. Thank you so much Saugus Animal Hospital. I recommend for sure

Our beloved canine companion, Bailey, unfortunately became the victim of an attack by two pit bulls that had escaped the confinement of their yard. The incident resulted in two puncture wounds beneath his neck and a significant gash above his eye, necessitating the application of two staples to facilitate the healing process. We are grateful for the exceptional care and attention provided by the veterinary team, who demonstrated utmost professionalism and compassion throughout the treatment. It is worth noting that all of our pets receive their veterinary care at this esteemed establishment, and we hold the entire staff in high regard. Fortunately, our canine companion is expected to make a full recovery.
