This is a small family run business and Mark’s hospitality and communication in the entire process was outstanding. I never felt like I was just another number like at some of the larger auto repair places. He is extremely knowledgeable in the industry and went above and beyond to make the ordeal run smoothly and quickly. Mark provided some great advice and kept me at ease. His team did an amazing job on rebuilding the front of my Tahoe. Looks like there was never damage! It felt like I had a new car when I got it back. Mark even went out of his way to work with the Chevy dealership to get the software issues fixed from the accident. I just want to give a big thank you to Mark and his team at Santa Clarita Auto Center. They made the process of getting My daughter back on the road seamless, from the initial call with Mark, til the day I picked it up and drove it home. Mark is very friendly and knowledgeable, he clearly communicates how the whole process works and is available to answer any questions. He stands by the quality of work his shop offers and does not cut corners. He truly goes above and beyond. You would never know my car was in an accident. I hope to not have to go through this anytime soon but if I do I know who I’ll be doing business with. I would happily recommend this shop to my friends and family. God Bless.

Mark at Santa Clarita Auto Center was great to work with. He took care of me and got my truck looking brand new again. I went in to get a quote to fix my truck and he guided me through the insurance process and got me back on the road in great time. Top notch service at Santa Clarita auto! I had front end damage on my 2019 Jaguar XE, and they worked with my insurance GEICO to get me back on the road looking brand new! They were great on communicating through the entire process and even gave my car back clean. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone, you will be satisfied👍🏽

My Tesla was rear-ended, and I was looking for a body shop in Santa Clarita Valley. When I was browsing for a body shop to fix my Tesla, I came across Santa Clarita Auto Center which takes care of Tesla's which is hard to find. I made a call and Mark the owner picked up my call. From the moment I talked to this young guy I had the feeling that this was the kind of shop I wanted my car fixed at. He was so polite, efficient and very positive. He offered to send me a tow truck right away to pick up my car from another body shop that declined to fix my car.
Within an hour I got my car taken to the body shop. Me and my husband met with Mark who had an amazing personality and was very optimistic. He promised to fix my car with all new parts and assured my car will look great and out of the body shop in two weeks. Mark was very honest and prompt about how and when my car would be fixed. He updated us throughout the entirety of the process.
He dealt with the insurance company (AAA) throughout the whole process.
Mark went out of his way to get my car an alignment and professionally detailed the interior and exterior of my car before I picked it up. I was stunned when I saw my car had transformed looking brand new once again.
I highly recommend Santa Clarita Auto Center for Tesla's or any high-end cars.
