I had a fantastic experience at Premier Auto Body & Frame Shop! They did an excellent job repairing my car — it looks like new again. The manager, Harut, was extremely professional and made sure everything was handled perfectly. Maria at the front desk was very friendly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate their outstanding service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of body or frame repairs!

It’s a good cheap paint job, but there is no lifetime warranty on the paint, they use the claim that they will fix your paint, but as you read on, you will quickly learn that it is nothing but a lie. Please note, in the pictures you are looking at $3,454 they charged my insurance (with $750 in dent damage they caused on my rooftop while trying to buff out their prior paint drip mistakes, and are unwilling to fix their damages, hence the 1 star review).
The employees are nice. The quality of work is dismal. I wanted to get quotes to finish the job of painting my truck, so I brought it around town to all of the “professional” paint shops. Each shop asked me the same questions: “Where did you get this done? because their prep work was awful”. “They didn’t even bother to rope off the window seal, so it needs to be repainted!”. “They left paint drips everywhere”. “They put your high rise tail light on upside down, which likely did further damage, due to the weather seal not being properly installed!!!”. “They only taped off at the edges, so they should not be charging real paint job prices!”, followed by most of their teams laughing. When I left my last 2 star review, they offered to paint my hood for free (which was very kind and it appears they did a great job), in exchange that I removed my review. During this second vehicle drop off, they also agreed to fix their errors, which were: 1. paint drips, 2. overspray, and 3. clear coat drips and paint they let drip onto my back window seal. In the process of getting the paint drips out, via sanding and buffing the roof, they clearly pressed way too hard on the top roof panel and I now have $750 worth of dents in my roof, which I have picture and video evidence showing that they were not there prior to their team touching my vehicle. They denied causing the damages and said they were already there. Obviously, they are lying, because I have the pictures and videos that show otherwise (time stamped). It’s hard to write this review, because I think they are trying their best. But, being nice doesn’t get the job done or pay the bills. I’m in contact with my insurance company and they are determining the next steps to take to get the damages fixed. The roof repair was an insurance job to begin with, so unfortunately, the money will need to be retracted since they are ignoring my texts and calls and not holding up to their lifetime warranty and/or their verbal and written word.
Bottom line:
- their body damage repair team is great
- their paint team is sub-par
- their polish team needs to be fired
Is this a place you want to bring your vehicle? If you are looking for a good paint quality, BUT horrid prep and paint job, then this is your place. If you are looking for quality work, you are better off going to MAACO.
Even if they offered to fix it for free at this point, I’m too concerned about further damages they will do in the process. If they took accountability and offered to fix their mistakes ($750) in damages, they would have received a 5 star review. If they would at the very least have offered to pay a dent removal specialist to fix their mistakes, then it still would have been a 5 star review. Instead, they denied & lied, ignored my request to view the footage of their team buffing the roof, are overpriced and under skilled, and ignore me unless I’m offering them more cash, they have earned 1 star for being nice. But as I mentioned above, being nice doesn’t pay the bills, nor does it ensure customer satisfaction, nor does it ensure ethical standards are met, and it certainly doesn’t create returning customer loyalty. I will admit one thing, we both made mistakes here. They made the mistake of destroying my rooftop and ignoring my pleas at fixing their damages, and I made the mistake of giving them my business.

I can’t say enough good things about Premiere AutoBody and Frame! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond. They took the time to explain every detail, kept me updated throughout the process, and delivered results that honestly blew me away. My car looks brand new — the paintwork is flawless, and the attention to detail shows real craftsmanship.
What really stood out was how genuine and professional everyone was. They treated me like family, not just another customer. It’s rare to find that mix of honesty, skill, and pride in today’s world. If you care about quality and want your car in trusted hands, I can’t recommend Premiere AutoBody and Frame enough.

Great place to get your car fixed. Haruth, Maria and the team are the best!
Took my car for repair here after an accident - got t-boned and had to replace the whole door, quarter panel, wheel and fix the suspension. Everything got replaced, welded, painted, adjusted, calibrated etc. - the car looks like nothing has happened.
