Absolutely amazing service! I initially took my car to brakemasters for my check engine light and they were ok, but I then took my car here and they not only found a mistake the other place made in diagnosing my car, but they also offered the repairs needed at significantly cheaper cost. Leo personally helped me a lot in figuring out what I needed for my car, he was amazing. They were efficient in their work and we even had some pleasant conversation while I was waiting. Will definitely be coming back for future car repairs.

I've been coming to this location for a few years. Never once have I felt like that pushed unnecessary things on me nor been shady about any work. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Harry had always provided great customer service and more recently had the pleasure of dealing with Leo and Cam. Great team here, seems like they actually love each other and if not, they hide it well.

I had a great experience at Firestone, thanks to Cam. I came in with a flat tire and was stressed about getting back on the road, but Cam took care of everything quickly and professionally. He made sure my tire was properly repaired and kept me informed throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The service was smooth, efficient, and I felt genuinely taken care of from start to finish. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days, and Cam really made the difference. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this Firestone to others.
