It’s a professional service provided by an outstanding manager called Harry, he is the best, a compassionate gentleman characterized by his honesty, warmth, kindness and respect and most importantly providing his customers with a top of the line experience and wonderful service as he is fixing and taking care of his own car.
He took his time to explain to me what’s wrong and what needs to be done very quickly and clearly.
He is a trustworthy person that you can blindly trust him with your car like it’s own car.
My car was done in a timely manner with a lot of care and a great experience that is highly appreciated and recommended for everyone who wants a perfect job and a wonderful car’s service.

I had a great experience at firestone Tires & Oil Change. The service was fast, professional, and honest. What really stood out to me is that they have a female employee, Zay, working in what’s usually considered a male-dominated industry. That’s awesome to see! She was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to others.

Harry and his team were great! They provided top tier customer service and clearly explained any issues along with any necessary fixes.
Harry demonstrated to me that this is a place I can trust. Finally I don’t need to commute to the west side for quality maintenance and repairs!

Great service and customer service always! Ricky and Harry have a great team working there. It could be very intimidating getting car repairs and not sure if you are getting a fair price. Ricky explained all work that was going to be needed with my car and prices. I felt very comfortable asking questions. I called many places for different quotes and this place had the most reasonable prices in the area. Will definitely be back!!
