I recently visited America's Tire for the installation of a new TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensor on my BMW 328i, and I was thoroughly impressed.
Their service was excellent from start to finish, and the price was unbeatable compared to other quotes I received.
A special shout-out to the service advisor, Cody, who was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure I understood the process and got my car back on the road quickly. I highly recommend this location for any tire or TPMS needs!

I recently visited America's Tire to get tires inspected and I received outstanding service. I was immediately greeted by an associate named Shane and he made sure to address my issues and concerns. He was very patient with me and ensured that I completely understood all of my options. After less than 45 minutes, I left the store feeling like I had made the best choice for my automobile and I got a great deal!! Win-Win!!

Super impressed. Spoke to Bart on the phone who was thorough and helpful. The tires were ordered online, arrived at the store within two days and were installed within 30 minutes of our arriving on a particularly busy day within an hour of closing. They were also cheaper than three competitors we called as well as TR online. They used the equipment we requested and even gave us the old tires back as requested in clean plastic bags. Great work team! We will be back based on this experience.

Came in yesterday with a punctured tire at 4:40pm.
The man behind the counter Mateo did his job incredibly well. Perfect employee. He checked all 4 tires, confirmed there were nail(s) in the tire, checked the tread, and told me the risks of driving on low treads and tried to talk me into buying nee tires. Model employee.
At 5:45pm my tire was fixed and i drove home. The next morning woke up and my tire was flat. The exact nail that Mateo pointed out to me in my tire was still in my tire. Either the technician did literally nothing or removed a different nail and didn't bother checking for more.
Driving with a punctured tire is incredibly dangerous. I did not notice my tire was flat until i drove down the road after it was "fixed". This destroyed my tire. If it wasn't completely flat i could have had my tire blow on the freeway. I could have died.
I also had to stop on the side of the road to install a spare which is also very dangerous.
TL:DR the guy behind the counter was a perfect employee but mechanic did not fix my car then lied about it putting my life at risk and destroying my tire.
I'm now at American Tire Depot down the road getting a new tire because America's Tires is closed on sundays.

Most hassle free tire buying experience I've ever had. Purchased my tires online thru their vehicle/tire match system. Ordered and purchased tires and scheduled my install appointment 2 days later. Arrived at the store at my scheduled time. Presented my order number and although the store was busy, I was out the door with all new tires, balanced and aligned in less than one hour. Staff was courteous and the waiting area was clean, air conditioned and comfortable. Could not have asked for anything more.
