Considering I have a new Range Rover, I was mildly apprehensive taking it somewhere other than the dealership. Peter was beyond professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout. Upon calling, his inquiry was on point, and provided me with an accurate turnaround time along with the warranty process. He truly didn't disappoint! Not only were all the items resolved before his date of completion estimate, he found other items and resolved those as well! As promised, I walked away paying only $100 for the deductible. I found my new home for my Rover! Thanks to everyone at American Tire Depot for restoring my faith in mechanics outside of the dealership by being so effective! 👏🏼😎🫶🏽

Peter was extremely helpful. He made sure I got tires that were rated specifically for my Tesla. I also appreciated their honesty when they told me my front tires did not need to be changed yet. Rather than trying to sell me on all 4 tires, they were honest in what I actually needed. Great service! Will continue to be a customer!

I have had countless nails in my tire to the point, that staff knows me and my car. Yet treat me like I’m visiting for the first time with impeccable service and communication. Will be choosing this location for my next service, for the simple fact of helpful free tire repair. Very greatful.

Called looking for 4 tires, they helped confirm the Pirelli tires were the best value, buy 3 get 1 free.
Easy to make appointment online. Dropped car off at 8:15 am and done by 10:00 am.
