Got my mom a pedicure here and she was asked to wait for 45 min which would have been fine if the service was worth it.
They finished her pedicure in less than 5-8 min and literally did not even apply the cotton between the toes before the nail polish. They did apply cotton to the other customers around my mom.
I also felt they were a little biased towards some races.

Amazing work. John has great attention to detail and everyone provides fantastic customer service. I have been coming here since 2022. I highly recommend them.

For the first time I went and met Tina she did my eyebrows, it was done the way I like them. I am very happy and pleased. Tina is pleasant sweet and nice. Next week, I will book an appointment with Tina to do a manicure and pedicure for the first time. I have been doing my own nails for over a year and a half. I would love to have an expert- specialist take care of me for once looking forward to having this done soon.

I've tried to give this business a chance several times over the years; however, the customer service is truly horrible. They are always behind schedule, and they do not communicate well. The manager is always there, but he never says a word or cares. Lord help you if you try to schedule a joint appointment - you will end up getting your pedicure or manicure after the other person you are with is done. They schedule like 6 people all at the same time but can only handle half that amount. I found another nail salon that cares about the customers and communicates well.
