The manager did a really messy French tip fill on my nails. Crooked white paint with brush strokes and missing polish in some spots. When I went back the next day to have it fixed she said "nothing I do is going to make you happy." I said, I'm just asking for a clean French tip, I don't think that's unreasonable. Rude and bad service, don't come here.

I am so upset that I spent $65 on this manicure. None of the nails are rounded, they’re all crooked and rigid. the nail art is terrible and the man, Ken, who did my nails was very rude and rough with my nails. It hurts so badly. When I asked if he could file and shape them a little more, he made a disapproving comment and didn’t touch them up. Never coming back here. 0/10 experience.

Made an appointment to get my girlfriend a full set of Matte Black Acrylic nails to celebrate our anniversary, had the appointment set for 11am, we got seated shortly and then didn’t even get spoken to by a member of the staff until just short of 11:40. Ended up waiting roughly 40 minutes after our scheduled appointment. Appointment went smoothly, however, a few hours later bubbles that had formed in the nails began to pop and got on both a piece of clothing while we were shopping, and on her hands. Sloppy job, horrible wait.
UPDATE:
Promised to receive a call from a manager after calling and only hearing from an assistant, it’s been almost a week and I haven’t received a call. Don’t bother going here, even if they mess up they won’t follow up.

First and last time there. 9:30 am appointment and no one arrived until 9:50 with little apologies just stating traffic. The receptionist blamed me for online booking issue where I selected nail tech, it was someone who did not do the service I selected. Not sure why my fault! Get seated and was offered something to drink and was never brought my water. The technician upon my request brought a bottle to me. My nails are short and tiny, but I have had dip done other places and it was done better. It is super thick and looks like a glob on my nails. I did tip in cash as requested, when paying for the service, I was asked about whether I was happy and she didn’t respond when I said no. Anyhow, I will go elsewhere and have it removed and start over. Very disappointed in the entire experience. The salon is pretty and appeared to be clean.
