I stopped by this Sephora location inside Valencia Town Center on a Saturday afternoon. The moment we walked inside, the workers greeted us and ask if we needed any assistance. My wife asked for a brush so they told her where it was. The store was busy during the afternoon probably because of the holidays sales starting early. There were worker s throughout the store so if you needed any help, you'll be able to find them easily. While my wife was shopping around, I went to look at their cologne area. I tried smelling some nice ones for men like Dior, Channel and etc. We had a good time inside the store and my wife got what she wanted.

Lots of makeup and goodies to choose from. Much better service here with the staff than Mac. Kinder and better help finding stuff. The location is clean and organized.

I had to drive out a good 25 miles to get what I needed. The customer service was outstanding. I’m willing to drive to there pick up my products there. Thank you so much for answering the phone when I called you. I truly appreciate the great customer service like yours.

Very friendly staff that was extremely helpful on both my recent visits! Was able to get everything I needed! Store was laid out well and check out was fast!

Make sure if you’re getting a service done, like brows or makeup to go with the Hispanic girl. The Caucasian girl with red hair doesn’t know what she’s doing and had a horrible smell. I couldn’t breath through my service without the smell of her bad breath 😷
