I had a terrible experience with the employees at both these two stores, orchard village and stevenson ranch.
I went in to the the orchard village store to see a notary and they told me they didn't have one but Stevenson's ranch did.
The next day I called Stevenson's ranch and set up an appointment for 2:30. They told me they had a notary there and that 2:30 was fine.
I get there at 2:15 and they tell me that they don't have a notary. They tell me the notary is over at orchard village today.
I asked them to call orchard village and let them know I'll be there in 10 minutes. The employee told me they called the orchard village store and that the notary there knew I was coming in 10 minutes.
I get to the orchard village store at 2:30 and there is no notary. I kid you not.
I try to explain my frustration employee and he had absolutely no empathy and he didn't care that I had been repeatedly lied to. He told me "I don't know why anyone does what anyone does."
So I went to Video Depot on Lyons to get my paper notarized and I was in and out in 10 minutes and only $15

The lady who helped me at the Newhall store was very exact in explaining the procedure and made everything easy.

Matt and Jose went beyond your typical employee service. When UPS stated they delivered my package to their address but it was no where to be found they both instantly jumped into action to get to the bottom of it. This had happened three times before and the vendors are who ate the cost and reshaped my new merchandise. I had shipped to three different addresses to try to get my merchandise delivered properly. This is why I sent it to the UPS store thinking it would be easier. These employees diligently worked on getting the delivery address. Only to find out that the drive changed the name and address. It was ten miles away. I drove to the address and was able to get all my missing packages. They were amazing. Even though Matt and Jose both told me they didn’t recommend for me to try and retrieve the packages due to safety concerns, I still went. I’m a stubborn bonehead and went anyway. I got lucky it could have not turned out so well.

The employees are very efficient, helpful and patient. Mike, the owner, went above and beyond to help me with returning some rugs to a vendor on Amazon and he did it with good humor, efficiency, patience and kindness.
