I have used this UPS over the years and I have never left with a bad experience. Recently, I was in a bind for my Power of Attorney paperwork and the owner went above and beyond to help my daughter and me. We are sooooo grateful for her superior customer service. I swear I have not had such a perfect response to my needs from a service perspective in years and I appreciate it more than I can express!! Also, a plus the ladies who work there are top notch as well.

I needed to ship some very delicate items from CA to TX. The staff was very helpful and extremely understanding with making sure my mother's glass items arrived safely. The 3 boxes arrived on time. The young lady that helped me discussed the best boxing solutions in order to be as cost effective as possible. When opening the boxes I was amazed at how much care was taken to wrap each item so carefully. Thank you so much for your kindness and terrific packing job.

If you’re looking to drop off amazon packages, decent place. (Giving some stars for that)
If you’re looking to print something, I WOULDN’T recommend coming here.
First, they charge for you to airdrop them a photo for printing. Okay, no problem. Then the employee literally couldn’t figure out how to print in color, meanwhile she was making a copy of a black and white print… I explained that wouldn’t work, you have to print it in color first. She then told me sorry our printers not working from the phone now… after 10 minutes. She told me I could pay $3 to now email it to them and have them print it. No, thanks. Just sharing my experience if you’re on a time crunch, I’d head somewhere else.

Dropped off a package at 12:45 Saturday afternoon. The clerk said that there was a pickup that afternoon and that it would be delivered on Thursday, August 10. (I need the package to be there NO LATER than Friday, the 11th.) Later that evening I checked the tracking and it says it will be delivered on the 14th. It is now Monday morning... I called to see if I could come and get the package to send it FEDEX - so that it would get to its destination when I need it to - but it is not at the store and the customer service rep at the UPS central number says that he can't tell me where it is until it ends up at a hub. He couldn't tell me which hub or when it might get there. WORST SHIPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.
