I was a business mailbox customer at this UPS Store for over two years and paid my renewal fees consistently. Unfortunately, the biggest problem at this location isn’t paperwork or policy — it’s the owners son Joe's attitude and lack of accountability.
On August 14, I paid $75 for a three-month mailbox renewal directly to him. When I returned on January 3rd to renew again (normally a notice in the box), I was told my mailbox had been closed and was no longer registered to me. I received no email, phone call, or notice that my mailbox had expired or would be shut down.
When I asked the owner what happened, his response was a shoulder shrug and “I dunno.” No effort to investigate, no explanation, and no interest in resolving the issue. I was first told my only option was to start over with a brand-new mailbox application. When I asked about the $75 I had paid, I was told I was “overdue,” despite the fact that the account had been deleted the same day payment was taken. I was only refunded after pushing the issue.
This experience wasn’t surprising. Every interaction I’ve had here has involved the same dismissive, irritated attitude from Joe, as if customers are an inconvenience. That attitude directly impacts how problems are handled — or ignored — and ultimately drives customers away. His attitude makes it uncomfortable for every customer. Guy clearly doesn't want to be there.
Because of this experience, I’ve closed my mailbox there and moved my business to a less convenient UPS Store instead just so I don't have to deal with him anymore.
Mistakes happen in any business, but poor attitude, lack of communication, and zero accountability are choices. This location made it easy to take my business elsewhere, and I would suggest the same for anyone looking for a mailbox or UPS services.

This store has THE best customer service!!! I won’t go anywhere else. The tracking number had partially faded on the receipt after having left it in my purse. I went back and got a printout on Sunday. I’m sorry for the employees that they’re open on Sunday, but I was glad that they were. Thank you for such great service!!!

I never thought I would write a review on a UPS store. The people who work there are amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They are very happy which makes me think that they have a good manager . Grace was very polite and sweet. The interaction with her was such a pleasure. This is a first time I had such nice experience at the UPS store. The store was also very clean. Very fair pricing. I was pleasantly surprised.

The employee who assisted me was so very patient, helpful, and courteous. She should be commended for her job performance. I’m not surprised, I’ve never had a bad experience at this particular store.

The staff are friendly but I’d recommend the one on Soledad as the services at this location are higher priced and they don’t honor storewide offers.
