Best authentic coffee in SCV. Ordered regular cappuccino and the notes of the beans came through wonderfully. The staff was so warm and inviting as well as generous.
The pastries were a great addition as a well.

The employees were very friendly and accommodating. We ordered a cake for our nephew’s birth (he was born on the same day as his father) and it was beautiful and delicious. Everyone at the party loved it. Thanks so much!

Prior to this experience I would have rated Jill’s a 5 star. I have made several purchases with them for special occasions and they had always been friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my husband ordered a cake with them this year and had confirmed the order both through phone and email just for them to tell him that they never took the order down the day of the birthday celebration. They had even taken down card information for payment. I contacted them via telephone and the person I spoke to tried to put the blame on me and was very snarky and rude. There was no apology or accountability on their end for the mistake and all they could do is offer to make the cake the day after the event. We ended up cancelling the order and having to get a store bought cake for what was supposed to be a special occasion. I will not be ordering from here again and I recommend for anyone who does to triple check the order as staff will not be helpful or apologetic if they make a mistake.

Look no further for your event cake and cupcake needs. I highly recommend Jill’s Cake Creations to anyone needing a specialty cake. We had a cake tasting and all flavors were wonderful. My daughter had an idea of what she wanted the cake to look like and they did not disappoint. Great tasting cake and beautiful as well. Staff were kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely purchase our next event cake with Jill’s Cake Creations.👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jill's Cake Creations made the most gorgeous cake for our wedding! The cake tasted incredible!
