Muchas Gracias to California Bakery! We had a very tasty lunch today with their pork tamales and very large chocolate covered donuts. It hit the spot. The donuts were large and chapped like a crab that also had flecks of chocolate inside and were very soft. Tamales were good and not dry. I’m so happy that you can get the red chili sauce on the side to top the tamales. Que Rico! May this coming year be prosperous for you.

I go here weekly. Tamales are fresh. Bakery is fresh. There's options and the lady in the evening every Tuesday is amazing. Great service from her ALWAYS

My friend and I stopped by here on a whim while visiting the area and when we saw that they offered breakfast sandwiches and pastries.
The woman who served us was so incredibly kind and nice and thoughtful and the food and coffee was fresh and delicious!
Why look for a Starbucks or a donut shop when you can come here and get freshly made, good quality food and service?
The croissants were HUGE, fresh and so delicious.
The chicken tamales? AMAZING! And the apple fritters are so dang good that Im considering driving the 30 miles back out there just to get another one.
Do yourself a favor and try this little gem of a spot. Not only will you be supporting a local business which is always good, but youll also be able to enjoy fresh food that's deliciously made and presented to you by one of the sweetest women in the world!

California Bakery is a gem! Their doughnuts are fluffy and delicious, with fun flavors like glazed and cinnamon sugar that hit the spot every time. The tamales are just as amazing—tasty, well-seasoned, and wrapped perfectly. The staff is friendly, the vibe is cozy, and the prices are fair. I keep coming back for more of both! Highly recommend this spot for a quick treat or meal. Five stars!

I do not recommend this place. I used to go to the one in Canyon Country, but one day I found a cockroache on my tamales 🫔 I never went back.
