So let me tell you, I came to use the Electrify America Chargers and get something to eat. I walked into The Stand and was not greeted and stood there for 2 minutes with no one to take my order. I walked out and went to Wokano, same thing seated at the table with no one offering menus or taking orders. What happened to attentiveness and the need to serve and create revenue and profit. Walk into Five Guys and here a loud WELCOME! Found my spot! Good work food was awesome. You saved my day and belief of great service.

It is a decent spot for fast food. I will start off with the prices are a bit high but the food is good. Just didn't expect to pay $50.00 for two burgers, regular fries, soda and shake. The regular fries were enough to feed two people so the portion is good. The burger was nice and juicy and had a lot of flavor. While we waited for our food, we snagged some peanuts. The place was a bit crowed but people were coming and going so it was easy to get a table. As for the service I felt the girl behind the counter was aloof. I had to keep repeating myself because she was more concerned with her friend standing behind us in the line.

My second time trying the Valencia Five Guys restaurant. I am happy to report they have changed. The bacon burger and fries were cooked perfectly. The service was exceptional and friendly. I would definitely return to this location. Good quality and great service.

The food is good. Nothing out of this world, but I did enjoy the cheeseburger I got. I think it's definitely overpriced for what you're getting, but quality of the burger seems to be there. Fries were soggy and greesy; not the best, not the worst. Where they lost me was cleanliness. Every single table in the entire restaurant was dirty, from top to bottom, including the chairs and floors. When I asked the lady behind the counter if they had something to wipe the tables down, she handed me a wad of paper towels, and upon seeing the shocked look on my face said, "...or I could come out there and do it for you?" There is no universe where the onus to clean the restaurant's tables should fall onto the customer, so this response was completely out of line and lazy. Rather than making her feel like bad in front of people, I opted to take the wad of (dry) paper towels to wipe down the table. This was when I noticed how filthy the chairs were. I went back up to the counter to ask for my food Togo, and she said "Oh, is everything okay?" I said, "Yes, the tables are all just filthy so can you just put my food Togo, please?" To which she replied, "Oh, it already comes to go, but I can come out there and clean the table for you," as if waiting for my approval. Again, this is your job. You don't need my permission to do your job, just do it. She then comes out, does one quick pass over the tabletop, drops the rag on the floor, and disappears back into the back, neglecting to address the dirty chairs and floor, nevermind the rest of the tables in the restaurant which were all still dirty. At this point, I decided it was best to go with my gut and take my food togo. I come from the food industry, in high end hospitality, so my standards are higher than most, but this is basic stuff that any restaurant at any level should be prioritizing.

Amazing burgers, cooked great and the toppings were fresh and loaded. Service was awesome, Zea was very welcoming and helpful! Fries were also delicious and they gave a ton for a serving, not only in the cup but a lot in the bag.
