Loved the experience! It is a make-your-own cup of yogurt place. There is a variety of yogurt flavors and toppings, including fresh fruit. Yogurt tasted great, and the service was outstanding! It is a plus that it employs young people who are looking for a temporary summer gig.

I visited on 9/13/24. They were out of several flavors but the signs were still on the machines so we were trying to get some. It’s barely coming out and some are not coming out at all. I only like Oreo and tart both were out. Oreo had a tiny bit and after asking the girl she went to go check. She didn’t seem to know how to fix it. Meanwhile it got busy. Several minutes lapsed and then she said it would be 30 minutes for more. They should have have at least given a discount for the inconvenience of only getting a tiny bit since they were out and my sons melted from waiting on me, They removed the signs after I said they were not working. Very disappointing!!

Have been to this Menchie's a couple of times and very satisfied every time I have gone in there. The employees at the register are very kind and greet you as you walk in. Inside is clean and enough space to sit down inside or outside. Also prices are great one size cup to fill up to your liking.

Great place! My wife and I love it here. They always have plenty of good flavors and the store is clean. We came on yogurt day and got our second yogurt free!

We went about an hour before close on a Saturday evening. One employee was outside wiping down tables, ignored us on the way in, we headed inside, there was no one out front, so we scoped out the machines, at least half were out of flavors, there were no "no added sugar" options at all. We awkwardly stood around for a couple of minutes waiting for the employee in the back to come out to the employee out front to acknowledge us, but neither ever did. We decided to drive across town to the other location where we've always had an excellent experience, as we were walking out we realized the other location was nearing closing, so we wound up going across the street to Yogurtland. The staff there were friendly and they had 100% of their machines stocked and operational. Still like Menchies, just not this location.
